Before You Arrive

If you can, bring the birthdates of any significant people in your life. It’s helpful, but not required.

You’re also welcome to change your service when you arrive if something feels like a better fit. We can adjust it together at that time.

When You Get Here

Come in, settle, and take a breath.
There’s nothing you need to prepare or figure out ahead of time.

You’re welcome to record your session for your own personal use if you’d like.

Just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
